NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 9th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-003179-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-4 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, Nancy Horne, Seven Springs Villas Association, Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
