NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 28, 2016 in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001295 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein PANARAY INVESTMENT CORP. is Plaintiff and THOMAS S. FRANKENFIELD and KURT FAMILY CORPORATION, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for case electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of January, 2017 at 10:00 AM, EST. on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE WEST 210.0 FEET OF THE WEST ½ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 1082.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
