AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2005-HE3 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY H. RAIDER; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 8, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
