NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-8594-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST NLC TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and NORMA QUINTANA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S.
