Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 9, Township 25 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County Florida; Run thence North 89Ëš5'28"West along the South Boundary of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/2 of said Section 9 a distance of 299.64 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence (continue) North 89Ëš54'28" West a distance of 100.0 feet, thence North 00Ëš00'36"West a distance of 545.3 feet, thence South 76Ëš03'40"East, a distance of 102.29 feet, thence South 00Ëš00'3"East, a distance of 520.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
