NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 8, 2016 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002685 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and KOENIGSBERG, ALAN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County On Line Public Auction website: www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
