NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 25th day of October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-006113-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-28CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES , SERIES 2006-28CB, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA S BASDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Karen Rushing Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
