NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 000230 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and CHERYL L. HOSS A/K/A CHERYL HOSS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 3, BLOCK D OF SAID SCHINDLER'S RESUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 00° 06'48” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 3 AND 2, BLOCK D, OF SAID SCHINDLER'S RESUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 68.12 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 00° 06'48” WEST, 20.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 59'55” EAST, 147.05 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE SOUTH 00° 05'31” EAST ALONG SAID LINE, 88.05 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE SOUTH 89° 58'28” WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6, A DISTANCE OF 20.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 05'31” WEST 68.06 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 59'55” WEST, 127.04 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
