NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 04, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-003958 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and GARY M. HEIFNER; UNKNOWN SPOSUE OF GARY M. HEIFNER NKA LAURA HEIFNER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
