NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007482 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Wilmington Trust Company, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-3, is the Plaintiff and Summergate Homeowners Association, Inc., Juliet Oguledo, Okechukwu Oguledo, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
