NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-008107 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Aida Martinez Naranjo aka Aida Frayle Vega, Mario R. Martinez Naranjo, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Franklin Financial Corp., an Op. Sub. Of MLB&T Co., FSB, its successors and assigns, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
