NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-006354 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Dwayne L. Reynolds, Bank of America, N.A., South Fork of Hillsborough County III Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
