NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002301 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Travis D. Williams a/k/a Travis Williams are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 125 FEET OF THE NORTH 728.34 FEET OF THE EAST 225 FEET OF THE WEST 956 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
