WILLIAMS, Deceased, UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against LILLIAN S. WILLIAMS, Deceased, EDGAR ALBERT WILLIAMS, Deceased, UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants - claiming by, through, under or against EDGAR ALBERT. WILLIAMS, Deceased, CHARLES RICHARD WILLIAMS, as last known heir of LILLIAN S. WILLIAMS and EDGAR ALBERT WILLIAMS, MICHAEL T. WILLIAMS, as last known heir of LILLIAN S. WILLIAMS and EDGAR ALBERT WILLIAMS and INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY, a Florida corporation, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 17th day of January 2017 at 10:00 am., by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
