NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-005184 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AC1 ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC1, is Plaintiff, and ADALIS LOPEZ RODRIGUEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 40 AND 41, BLOCK 4, AUBURN HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
