Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2015-CA-007323 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on January 26, 2017. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
