NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2016, and entered in 15-007252-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-9 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-9 is the Plaintiff and JULIE YOUNG-LEMAY A/K/A JULIE L. YOUNG-LEMAY; MARK LEMAY A/K/A MARK D. LEMAY are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 10, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
