NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Possession, Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 31st day of October A.D., 2016, in the cause wherein Westgate Park Corp etc., was plaintiff(s), and Leah Rebbeccah Costa, etc and all other unknown occupants of the mobile home, jointly and severally, were defendant(s), being Case No. 16-6450-CO-41 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Leah Rebbeccah Costa etc et al, in and to the following described property, to-wit:
1972 CADI mobile home with vehicle identification no. 1943T, title no. 4976212, and decal no. 18493670 and all furniture, furnishings, fixtures, attachments, appurtenances or personal property of any kind whatsoever, located inside the mobile home or on the mobile home lot and owned by the Defendant, Leah Rebbeccah Costa, located at 14099 South Belcher Road, Lot 1116, Largo, Pinellas County, Florida.
and on the 17th day of January A.D., 2017, at 14099 South Belcher Road, Lot 1116, in the city of Largo, Pinellas County, Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale “AS IS” “WHERE IS” all of the said defendant's right, title and interest in the aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, as provided by law to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the described Amended Final Judgment of Possession, Damages and Foreclosure of Landlord's Lien.
