NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2016, and entered in 16-003371-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CRMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-01 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-01 is the Plaintiff and JOHN R. FERLAND, JR. A/K/A JOHN R. FERLAND; CHERYL FERLAND A/K/A CHERYL PITTFIELD A/K/A CHERYL A. PITTFIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN R. FERLAND, JR. A/K/A JOHN R. FERLAND N/K/A CHRISTINE HORN-FERLAND; are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
