NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-004786 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and CATHERINE D. NAJARIAN; DUPREE LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TERRY MICHAELIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JANE DOE; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.

LOT 77, BLOCK 3, DUPREE LAKES PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 15 TO 31, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
