NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002452-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF SECURITIZED MORTGAGE ASSET LOAN TRUST 2015-1, Plaintiff, and, JENNY E. GEYMAYR A/K/A JENNY E. RODRIGUEZ, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Pauls S. O'Neal, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of January, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 9, TARA WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 132, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
