NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 08-2016-CA-000735 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Lauretta Lyster; Sturgis C. Lyster; United States Of America Acting Through Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
