NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16001428CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIAITON, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-16N, is Plaintiff and MARK A. VOLPI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK A. VOLPI, are Defendants, the Office of Barbara T. Scott, Charlotte county Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
