NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016 000310-CA, all of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein AVAIL 2, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is Plaintiff, and LUIS PACHECO AKA LUIS A. PACHECO, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of January, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 411, Building D, of ACAPULCO LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 3321, Page 993, et seq., and the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 21A to 21G, as amended from time to time, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/30th share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
