NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 25, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014CA004135AX , of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DEE ANN LEBOFF A/K/A DEE A. LEBOFF A/K/A DEE LEBOFFON; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; DMS CONSTRUCTION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on January 11, 2017 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THE CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND IN MANATEE COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 1215, PAGE 3200, ID# 51409.0000/1. BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 23, BLOCK 9, SECTION 1, CORTEZ GARDENS, FILED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE76.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
