NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 15th day of December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-003455, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2004-22CB, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-22CB, is the Plaintiff and SALVATORE ALFONSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALVATORE ALFONSO; LUCY ALFONSO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCY ALFONSO; SABAL HARBOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNION PLANTERS BANK, N.A.; REGIONS BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. Angelina Colonneso Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
