YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, to enforce a lien regarding the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. H2, Building H of Central Cortez Plaza f/k/a Cortez Plaza Apartment “H” a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium Recorded in O.R. Book 1447, Page 6624, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 2, Page 26, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 4507 9th Street West, Apt. H2, Bradenton, FL 34207.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Randolph L. Smith, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is NAJMY THOMPSON, P.L., 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, [email protected] within thirty (30) days from the first day of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Courthouse, Bradenton, Florida, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
