NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-005312 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Alice F. Pelletier-Allen, Clifford V. Allen, Jr., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
