NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 25 October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-006464 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Ditech Financial LLC f/k/a Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Evonne M. Baker, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
