NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-013745-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and NANCY WALKER MAXWELL A/K/A NANCY W. MAXWELL; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC.; PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of February, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 8, BOULEVARD NO.1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH 10 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY LYING NORTH OF LOT 22, LYING EAST OF THE WEST LOT LINE IF EXTENDED AND LYING WEST OF THE EAST LOT LINE IF EXTENDED.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
