NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-011412-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff and KRISTINE C. MCINTOSH A/K/A KRISTINE C. LOPEZ; EUGENE L. MCINTOSH; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named defendants; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 35 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 2, OF ADDITIONAL SUBDIVISION OF LOT 5, TORRES SUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK “S”, PAGE 276, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
