NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 16 September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-002801-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.s. Bank National Association, As Trustee, For Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-emx9, is the Plaintiff and Maria Lomongo, Modesto Lomongo, Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 17th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
