NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 505, in COMMODORE HOUSE OF CLEARWATER POINT NO. 7, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 3-6, together with all appurtenances to said unit, including the appurtenant undivided fractional interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership as recorded in O.R. Book 4219, Pages 1252, et seq., amended in O.R. Book 4235, Page 97, O.R. Book 4236, Page 1394; O.R. Book 4498, Pages 1138, as corrected in O.R. Book 4505, Page 559; O.R. Book 5380, Page 1502; O.R. Book 6171, Page 603, O.R. Book 6216, Page 873, O.R. Book 8281, Page 1130, and O.R. Book 9981, Page 344, and any amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 855 Bayway Boulevard, #505, Clearwater, Florida, 33767.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 24, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
