NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007316-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-OA1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA1, is Plaintiff and MARIA ADKINSON, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1, OAK HILL ACRES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 60-61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 284 CYPRESS TERRACE, TARPON SPRINGS, FLORIDA 34688
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
