NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 16-000448-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-NC2 is the Plaintiff, and DIANE L. GARRON AKA DIANE LYNN JOHNSON; DAWN ANDERSON; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 52 FEET OF LOT 5 IN BLOCK 8 OF MAP OF R.J. WHITEHURST AND OTHER'S ADDITION TO LARGO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 46 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
