TRUST 2006-HE 5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, Plaintiff, and, GAUSE, KEVIN GUNNER, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2017, the following described property:
LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND THE WEST 8 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK 6, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
