NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 18 October, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-014940-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Greentree Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Donald G. Huggins a/k/a Donald George Huggins, Sr., Jane C. Huggins a/k/a Jane Colgan Huggins, Brendon M. Huggins, Katherine Huggins, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Countrywide Bank, FSB, Unknown Tenants, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 18th of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
