NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-000751-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HMC Assets, LLC solely in its capacity as Separate Trustee of CAM XIV TRUST is the Plaintiff and Sergio Velasquez; The Unknown Spouse of Sergio Velazquez; April L. Velasquez; The Unknown Spouse of April L. Velasquez; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known to be Dead or Alive Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses Heirs Devisees Grantees or other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 120 FEET OF THE NORTH 26 FEET OF LOT 5, AND THE EAST 120 FEET OF THE SOUTH 15 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK A, MARE VISTA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
