NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000395-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jolane F Kirtley; The Unknown Spouse Of Jolane F Kirtley; Wedgefield Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 12th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, IN BLOCK 27, OF CAPE ORLANDO ESTATES UNIT 1, F/K/A ROCKET CITY UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Z, AT PAGE 29, 30 AND 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
