TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on each property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to each property.
Said complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Stephanie C.
