NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002607, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and REBECCA J. GRAMLIN; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANGELINA M. COLONNESO as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 70 FEET OF LOT 25 AND THE EAST 70 FEET OF THE SOUTH 49.4 FEET OF LOT 24, BLOCK C, BIDWELL HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 132 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
