LESS THAT CERTAIN RIGHT OF WAY DESCRIBED IN ORDER OF TAKING RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 970, PAGES 865 THROUGH 873, SPECIFICALLY PAGE 867, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
