NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2016, and entered in 2016CA003389AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and KATHERINE CARLSON; are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BAY PALMS ADDITION 10TH UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXCEPT THE AREA BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF LOT 6, SAID CORNER BEING THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 5 OF BAY PALMS SUBDIVISION, THENCE N 48Ëš 48' 30” E, 39.88 FEET; THENCE S 37Ëš 12' 45” E, 35 FEET; THENCE S 52°28'30” W 39.9 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE N 37Ëš 00' 45” W ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 6 A DISTANCE OF 32.48 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
