NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 15 day of December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050986, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and REBECCA L. ACKER; and MARY KARNISH . BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST CAPITAL LENDING CORP VILLA CAPRI ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY S. KARNISH A/K/A MARY SUE KARNISH A/K/A MARY SUE KARNISH N/K/A MARY SUE KARNISH IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT B-5, VILLA CAPRI, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 589, PAGE 289 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
