HOME INVESTMENT FUND II, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ERNESTO CARDENAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERNESTO CARDENAS N/K/A CAILA CARDENAS; YORKTOWN FUNDING, INC.; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 20, UNIT 5 SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15 PAGE 148 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
