NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 13, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015 CA 006490 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JEANNE HOBART A/K/A JEANNE LENORE HOBART A/K/A JEANNE L. HOBART F/K/A JEANNE D. WESTBROOK F/K/A JEANNE L. DERRICK, DECEASED; MORGAN LINSEY HOBART A/K/A MORGAN L. HOBART; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST THE ESTATE OF JEANNE HOBART A/K/A JEANNE LENORE HOBART A/K/A JEANNE L. HOBART F/K/A JEANNE D. WESTBROOK F/K/A JEANNE L. DERRICK, DECEASED; GRAFT LOGAN HOBART; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 and #2, and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 13th day of February, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2506, 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, 7A THROUGH 7H, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
