NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment Of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 19, 2016, entered in Case No.: CASE NO. 2016 CA 000491 NC, of the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHRISTOPER G. CEDDIA, JANET B. CEDDIA, UNIBANK FOR SAVINGS, and UNKNOWN TENANT, are the Defendants, that Karen E. Rushing, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Sarasota County, via online sale accessed through the Clerk's Website at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on February 3, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment Of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 7, GNARLED OAK ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 2, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; TOGETHER WITH a walkway easement over the Southerly 5 feet of Lot 4 and over the Northerly 5 feet of Lot 9 of said subdivision, for access to and from the Gulf of Mexico.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
