NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005774 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and MARLA J. BRANCH A/K/A MARLA J. GILBERT A/K/A MARLA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 19th day of January, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, SLEEPY HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 104 Euclid Ave, Sefner, Florida 33584
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
