NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 7, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-006682 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and YOANKA RODRIGUEZ, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of February, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 110.4 FEET OF LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 480 FEET THEREOF, GOLDSTEIN ADDITION TO NORTH TAMPA, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 60.0 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS RIGHT OF WAY FOR ROME AVENUE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
