NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2016, and entered in 13-CA-015081 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and KEVIN MICHAEL LAUGHTON; DEBRA M. KARSTADT A/K/A DEBRA KARSTADT; EASTON PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF NEW; are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
